Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with educational institutions, EdTech companies, and other relevant stakeholders
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual growth and satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop proposals and partnership agreements
• Assist in developing and implementing partnership strategies aligned with the network’s goals and objectives
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies
• Develop innovative approaches to engage and attract potential partners
• Support the planning and execution of partnership-driven events, workshops, and conferences
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of partnership obligations during events
• Manage and track partnership-related activities, ensuring all commitments are met on time
• Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on partnership performance, including KPIs and ROI analysis
• Present partnership achievements and future opportunities to senior management
• Maintain an organized database of current and potential partners, including contact information, agreements, and interaction history
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to partnerships, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and updating records

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• 0-5 years of working experience
• Proven track record in building and maintaining successful partnerships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
• Passion for education and the mission of the Singapore Education Network
• Willingness to travel occasionally for partnership meetings and events
